Support for customer-initiated reseller change

In this release, we are introducing a new feature that allows Adobe customers to seamlessly switch to a different reseller while maintaining control over their subscriptions.

We have created a dedicated user interface to streamline the Adobe reseller transfer process. This UI simplifies the steps involved in initiating and completing the reseller change.
